Fig Surprise

 

Ingredients


100g Fresh FIgs

50g Roquefort Cheese

50g Cream Cheese 

20g Fresh Cream

1 bundle Dill

1 small bottle Reduced Balsamic Vinegar

 

Method of Preparation


In a mixing bowl, mix the Roquefort with the cream cheese and the fresh cream .

Chop the dill and add it.

Take out the pulp of the fig.

Fill it with the cheese mix.
