Lentil Salad With Fig

Ingredients


100g Fresh figs

1 pc Orange

1 pc Grapefruit 

1 Bundle Chives 

1 small bottle Reduced Balsamic Vinegar

100g Olive oil

Salt and pepper


Method of Preparation


Boil the lentil until the grain is tender.

Make segments of orange and grapefruit.

Chop the chives.

Mix all the ingredients together, salt and pepper, and dress it in the plate.

Chop the fig in a horizontal way and put in on top of the lentil.
