Chicken Supreme with Minted Rice


250g Chicken breast 

300g Olive oil

500g Fresh Cream

100g Onions

100g Carrots

50g Green peas

100g Mushroom canned

300g Basmati rice

10g Fresh mint leaves

Salt and pepper


Method of preparation

Shop the chicken breasts in a julienne cut.

Dice all the other vegetables and sauté them in olive oil.

Add the cream, season it and serve it with the minted steamed rice.
