Pan-fried zucchini flowers stuffed with Halloumi

Serving: 4 persons

Ingredients 


1 Halloum Cheese

12 Pieces Zucchini Flowers

2 big Tomatoes

Olive oil 

A couple of leaves of parsley to garnish

 

Panne :

4 Eggs

1 Bowl of flour, mixed with salt, pepper and dry mint

1 Bowl of bread crumbs

 

Method of preparation


Open the zucchini flowers.

Cut the halloumi into sticks.

Stuff the flower with halloumi sticks.

Put the flowers in the flower, and then dip it into the eggs, then into the bread crumbs.

In a pan put some oil, when its hot put the flower in and pan fry them, till it becomes golden color.

Cut the tomato into slices plate them as done in the picture and then put on top of them the pan-fried flower.

Garnish with parsley leaves.
