Pomegranate Molasses

Pomegranate Molasses


2 liters of sour pomegranate juice

1 ½ tablespoon of coarse salt

1 teaspoon of sugar           

Method of preparation

Boil the pomegranate juice with salt until capable of filling 2 cups and until consistent.

 Pour in bottles and leave it to cool. Molasses can be preserved for a year.
