Barak with Spinach and Cheese


Baklava Dough 

200 grams of Feta Cheese 

200 g of Halloumi 

200 g of Spinach 

200g of Butter 

1 Egg 

100 ml of Fresh Cream

Sesame of Nigella sativa 

Green onion 

Black Pepper 


Method of Preparation

 Prepare the filling in a pot.

 Cut the feta cheese and grate the halloumi .

 Chop the spinach and green onions and add the black pepper. 

 Grease the special oven tray with butter and add successive layers of baklava dough.

 Under each layer, brush with butter; add the filling and then successive layers of baklava.

 Brush the last layer with fresh cream and sprinkle nigella. 

 Cut it and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
