Green Pasta dough

1 Kg Flour 

300g Spinach 

300g Eggs

5g Salt

Method of preparation

Mix the cooked spinach and the eggs in a blender.

Incorporate the flour to the mixture and blend them together for another few minutes.

Cover the dough and leave it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

This will make the shaping easier.
