Chocolate Cheesecake


500g Whipping Cream

350g Cream Cheese

125g Sugar

5g Gelatin

1pcs Lemon Zest

100g Dark Chocolate

170g Digestive

50g Butter


Method of Preparation


Crush digestive by hand

Melt the butter and add it over the digestive

Put them in molds 

Soak gelatin in cold water

Beat the cream until foamy

Beat cheese cream with sugar

Add the cream, lemon zest and whisk all together

Add the melted chocolate

Put the mix over the digestive in molds

Reserve to cool

Take it out of the mold decorate with chocolate shaving
