1 Kg of Quince
4 cups of Sugar
3 cups of Water
1 ginger, peeled and cut
Method of Preperation
Wash the quinces and peel them, cut them and soak them in water and lemon to avoid that they get dark.
Drain the quinces and pour water and sugar on top, them leave for 1 night.
Keep the quinces, sugar and ginger on fire for an hour until they become transparent and until Katr becomes consistent. Store in glass jars.
