Beans Salad

Beans Salad
4 cups Cooked beans
¼ cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves (mashed)
½ cup Chopped coriander 

Method of preparation
In a salad bowl, mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, garlic and salt.
Add the cooked beans and the coriander, mix well and serve.
