Raw Meat Frakeh

Ingredients


1 Cup of Fine brown bulgur 

200 grams of Kibbeh , soft grounded meat 

100 grams of Kibbeh cumin 

Olive oil

Salt

Method of Preparation


Grind the meat in the trough until it becomes soft and tender or use the electric grinder.

Put the bulgur and cumin in a dish, add a little olive oil and then add the meat. 

Mix while adding some water and pulp it.  

Adorn with mint, radish and olive oil.
