Blackberry Jam


1 Kg  of ripe purple berries

1 Kg of sugar

1 Tbsp of lemon juice

Method of Preparation

Start by putting the berries on heat then add sugar and lemon juice and stir until the combination boils.

Then, get rid of the appearing foam and keep the berries on low heat for about 20 minutes.

 Pour in glass jars and preserve closed for 1 year.
