Grilled Chicken with Couscous

Ingredients


250g Chicken legs 
20g Dijon mustard 
50g Vegetable oil 
10g Garlic 
20g Coriander 
20g Red paprika 
10g Lemon juice 
Salt and pepper
250g Couscous 
2 Chicken stock cubes 

Method of preparation


Put all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken legs in it, boil the stock until the cubes melt and mix with the couscous.

 Dress then together and garnish with some coriander.
