1 ½ cup green lentils
Half a cup of Egyptian rice
A liter and a half of water
1 Large onion, chopped
½ cup of parsley, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon of cumin
Method of Preparation
Boil the lentils and rice in a cooker filled with water until the rice is cooked, then grind in a blender.
Fry the onion and parsley in vegetable oil, then add the lentils and rice, boil them for 5 minutes, then add the salt, cumin and serve with toast.
