Meatball and Rice Soup

Meatball and Rice Soup


200 g of Soft minced meat 

50 g of Pine nuts

A pinch of Sweet pepper

A pinch of Cinnamon

A pinch of Seven spices / condiments

1 cup of Onion, chopped into small pieces

1 cup of Egyptian rice

1 beef stock

1 ½ liters of meat broth

Bay Laurel

Parsley for decoration

1 Tsp. of cinnamon

3 Garlic cloves

Method of Preparation

In a saucepan, fry the onions with a little vegetable oil, then add water, the condiments, bay leaf, rice and beef stock, and leave them for about 10 minutes until the rice is cooked.

In a pot, place the meat, pepper seasoning, cinnamon, salt, pine nuts and mix.

Fry the meatballs in oil with pine nuts, pour over the rice mixture and leave for about 20 minutes.

Then add garlic and parsley.

Dish is served hot.
