Moroccan Shrimps

Ingredients


500 g uncooked shelled prawns 

4 tbsp. Oive oil

½ tsp. Cayenne 

1 tsp. Ground Ginger

1 tsp. ground cumin

½ tsp. ground coriander

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tbsp. snipped parsley

1 tbsp. snipped coriander

 

Method of Preparation


 

Drain the prawns on a double layer of kitchen paper.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, tip the spiced and garlic, and stir for a minute to release the flavors.

Add the prawns and cook for 3 min on medium heat until they are golden, then turn over and cook for another 3 min.

Stir frequently.

Stir in the herbs and serve hot.
