Purslane Salad

Ingredients


200g Potato, cooked and diced

50g Purslane

70g Mushroom, diced

Garlic

3g Salt

1g Sweet Pepper

200g Tomato, diced

20g Onion, diced

Bunch of Purslane

Pinch of Sweet pepper           

Pinch of White Pepper

75g Yogurt

2 tsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Vinegar

 1 tsp Tahini
