150g Local white cheese, diced

300g Freekeh, cooked

60g Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped

5g Fresh Mint leaves, chopped

200g Tomatoes, diced

75g Cucumbers, diced

40g Lemon juice

80g Olive Oil

Pinch of salt

Pinch of Allspices
