Pumpkin and Cheesy Baked Potato


4 large Potatoes (600 g approximately)

1 Slice of 300 g of Pumpkin

3 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese

40g of Emmental cheese

Coarse sea salt

Black Pepper



Method of preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C (th. 6/7). Wash the potatoes and place them in a dish on coarse salt. Bake for 30 minutes.

Peel the pumpkin and let it cook in deep water, covered, for 10 minutes.

Add salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes in half and carve them few millimeters deep.

Pour the peel in a bowl, add the pumpkin,oregano and grated cheese.

Crush with a fork and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Add salt and black pepper .

Garnish potatoes and let broil under the broiler for 5 minutes.

Add a pinch of pepper.

Serve immediately.
