Apple Tart



  • 200g Butter
  • 400g Flour
  • 30ml Apple juice
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla


  • 160g Sugar
  • 80g Butter
  • 15 cl Cream
  • 3 sliced Apples

Method of Preparation

Beat the butter with sugar.

Add flour.

Add apple juice.

Line the dough in a tart pan and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees

Melt sugar over low heat until light brown.

Add the cream then the butter.

Fill the tart with chilled caramel.

Slice the apples and top the caramel.

Sprinkle sugar over the top and bake for 5 minutes.
