Juicy Burger


500 grams beef mince

2 garlic clove, minced

Splash beaten egg

Salt & pepper

Pinch ground cumin

125 grams ball mozzarella, quartered

Method of Preparation

Put the mince, garlic, egg, seasoning and cumin into a bowl. Mix well and divide into 4 patties and squash them out with your hands.

Put the mozzarella in the center of each burger and wrap the mince around it. Fry for 4-5 minutes each side then assemble your burger.
