Post Workout Recovery Smoothie

Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie that will help you build muscle, reduce soreness, replace electrolytes, and hydrate after a tough workout!


Ingredients


1 cup electrolyte water (blueberry blackberry flavor)
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
½ teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1 cup ice


Method of Preparation


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until super smooth. Enjoy!
