Suhoor Fruit and Ricotta Power Bowl

Power ingredients for Energy during Ramadan 2019.


½ cup frozen raspberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries 

1 cup water

¼ cup rolled oats 

3 medium strawberries, sliced

Handful of fresh blueberries

2 scoops ricotta cheese

Handful of walnuts

½ tsp. chia seeds

Maple syrup, to taste

Method of Preparation

Blend together the frozen fruit, the rolled oats, the water, and as much maple syrup as you'd like.

Pour the blended ingredients into a bowl.

Top with the remaining ingredients.
