Pink Pasta Dough
1000g Flour 
300g Eggs
300g Beetroot 
5g Salt 
Method of preparation:
Mix the eggs with the flour in a blender.
Bring the beetroot to boil for 25 min.
Incorporate them to the mixture.
Blend for another 7 minutes.
Cover the dough and leave it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
This will make the shaping easier.
