Olive Tapenade

 

Ingredients
150 g Black Olives, seedless
1 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp. Capers (drained) 
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Lemon zest
½ cup Olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
 
Method of Preparation
Place the olives, garlic, capers, lemon juice and zest in a food processor.
Add the olive oil 1 tbsp. at a time until you have a thick paste.
Taste, season with pepper and serve.
