Panna Cotta with Rose Loukoum

Ingredients


500g Whipping Cream

1 pcs Vanilla Stick

100g Sugar

5g Gelatin

 

Method of Preparation


 

Soak Gelatin in cold water.

Boil the cream,the sugar and the vanilla sticks.

Add the gelatin and whisk.

Put the mixture in jars and reserve to cool.


 

Rose Loukoum Topping:

 

Ingredients


 

100g Rose water loukoum

10g Rose Water

50g Water

 

Method of Preparation


Cut the loukoum to small pieces.

Add the water and rose water.

Boil until all mixture is combined.

Put it over the pana cotta and decorate it.
