Chocolate Fondant


167g Butter

167g Chocolate 50%

74g Sugar

74g Flour

2 pcs Eggs

55g Egg Yolk

100g Halawe

ring 5 cm round

Method of Preparation

Melt the butter and the chocolate until they reach a temperature of 50c

Beat the eggs and the sugar

Sieve the flour

Add the chocolate to the egg

Add the flour and mix all by hand

Putt half of the quantity in the rings add the halawe

Put the rest of the fondant over the halawe

Bake at 180c for 5-6 min
