Gingerbread Cupcakes

Gingerbread Cupcakes


½  cup Butter

¾  cup Brown sugar

2 Eggs

¼  tbsp. Ginger powder

¼ tbsp. Cinnamon

1 ½ cup Flour

½ cup Milk

Method of Preparation

Beat the butter with brown sugar.

Add the eggs.

Pour in the ginger powder  and cinnamon.

Add the flour and milk.

Fill cupcakes cases with the batter.

Bake for 20 min at 180 degrees.
