Pea Mint Soup

1 Kg of frozen Peas

2 cubes of Organic vegetable broth

3 tablespoons of Hazelnut oil

15 cl of liquid light cream

1 bunch of Mint leaves

Salt and pepper


Method Of Preparation:

Put 1.5 liters of water to boil, add the vegetable broth and the peas.

Reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add the mint.

Mix and strain.

Season with cream, hazelnut oil, salt and pepper.
