Grilled Bread with Eggplant

Ingredients:

Pita Bread:

1 Pita Bread

1g Sumac

1g Thyme

1g Sesame seeds

2tsp Olive Oil

 

-Grill the bread for 8 minutes at 200° C.

 

Topping:

500g Grilled Eggplant 

1g Thyme

1g Sumac

1g Sesame seeds

2g Mint Leaves, finely chopped

1/2 Garlic clove, finely chopped

50g Tomatoes, diced

10g Onions, diced

Bulgarian Cheese 

Zest of 1/4 a lemon

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Pinch of White Pepper

8g Olive Oil

2g Salt

Chopped Mint leaves for topping
