200g Onions, Julienne

300g Tomatoes, diced

1 large Eggplant, diced

200g Lentils

2 L Water

20g Fresh Mint Leaves

80g Olive Oil

Pinch of Cumin Seeds

Pinch of Black Pepper

8g Salt
