Asparagus Quiche

Quiche dough



Ingredients


600g Flour

300g Butter

10g Salt

10g Sugar

200g Water

Method Of Preparation


Mix the flour with the water, salt and sugar first and then add the butter at room temperature.

Asparagus quiche



Quiche doug

400g Fresh Cream  

2 pcs Eggs

200g asparagus

20g Oregano

100g Mozzarella cheese

100g Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

Method of preparation


Mold the dough and let it rest for a while.

In a mixing bowl, mix the cream, eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.

Shop half of the asparagus quantity and put in the dough, add the cream mixture and bake for 10min over 180 degrees.

Add the whole asparagus and carry on the baking for another 10min.

Once the quiche is baked, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and oregano.
