Pumpkin Soup with Shrimps



8 Shrimps

300g of Pumpkin

½ Onion

1 tbsp. Thick fresh cream

20 g of Butter

Freshly ground black pepper



Method of Preparation

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

Peel and chop the onion.

Let it cook for 3 minutes in a pan with butter.

Add the pumpkin, salt and pepper.

Put in a large amount of water and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Mix everything to get a smooth mix, add the cream.

Let the soup cool down.

Place a shrimp on the surface.
