2 Eggs

1 Avocado

150 g of Turkey

100g of Three Cheeses (Mozzarella, Emmental and Gruyere)

Espelette pepper


Black Pepper


Method of Preparation:

Preheat oven to 220 ° C.

Cut the avocado in half and remove seed.

Crack an egg into the hollow of each avocado half.

Put a few pieces of turkey and mozzarella.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes.
