Chicken with Cashew Nuts


250g Chicken breast 

100g Onions  

100g Cashew nuts 

100g Soya sauce 

200g Oyster sauce 

100g Green pepper 

100g Mushroom fresh 

100g Chicken stock 

200g Olive oil

200g Noodles

Salt and pepper


Method of preparation

Dice the chicken in medium size and put in a side.

In a pan, add some olive oil with the shopped onions, green pepper, mushroom and cashew nuts.

When the mixture is cooked, add the soya sauce and do a reduction, add the oyster sauce and boil it.

Fry the chicken in pan and add it to the mixture. It could be served with steamed rice or noodles.
