Burger Ghiwa


4 Slices of white soft bread

350g 3 Cheese

500g Minced Meat

70g Bread crumbs

20g Oregano

1 Egg

50g Mayo

25g Ketchup

15g Mustard

1 Iceberg lettuce

1 Tomato

Salt, Black Pepper


Method of Preparation

Mix the minced meat with bread crumbs , egg, oregano salt and black pepper.


Combine the mustard ,mayo, ketchup ,oregano ,olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and add water slightly.

Grill the burger.

Place down the cheese on the top of the soft bread and put in the oven till its color changes.
