Launched in 2016 between Dubai and Beirut as concept idea to modernize a Lebanese traditional food.

Today’s menu includes servings from Lebanon famous cuisine while focusing on Dairy products, Poultry, Jam, and Fruits. In developing the menu, M2amara team effort was to keep and build on healthy and nutritious facts of the kaakeh bread, while revolutionizing it in the fast food market! The Team keeps on innovating and developing the kaakeh bread with its wide menu items and follow the same track of providing healthy eating to food lovers.

M2amara current menu consists of 27 different items, and the team is Planning to open numerous stores in the MENA region either through franchise agreements or through company direct operations.

M2amara was there to mark its presence at the Lebanese – Baskinta Apple Festival.

Baskinta Apple Festival 2019

After two successful edition of Baskinta Apple festival in 2017 and 2018, the festival came this year with its 3rd edition. Organized for the third time to support the local apple crises and bring life to the village of Baskinta after the summer ended, the event took place in the center of the town of Baskinta where visitors enjoyed plenty of fun, Apple Picking, hiking and food.

Souk el Akel also came back to Baskinta, to support the local apple market and bring life to the village after the summer ended.

The weekend festival ( 4-5-6 October 2019) included apple baking and tasting, family activities and games, live entertainment, farmers market, and so much more.
