Marriott International showcased the importance of the food sector as supporter of humanitarian issues in Jordan.

5 of the most prominent American chefs and teams of 5 hotels collaborated to prepare special recipes for the festival.

November 2019, Amman, Jordan - Marriott International Group in Jordan, in cooperation with the Diplomatic Chefs Project, organized the Feast of Five initiative, a charity event on popular cuisine, held on November 1 at the Amman Marriott Hotel to shed light on the importance of the culinary world as an inclusive platform for diverse cultures.

Five prominent American chefs, Amanda Freitag, Dave Goldman, Art Smith, Mary Sue Milliken and Mark Murphy, met with hotel chefs in Amman to share recipes and create unique innovations that allowed over 500 guests to experience a range of signature dishes. About US $ 14,000 was also raised from donations to the King Hussein Cancer Center.

The dishes featured five different cuisines of different cultures from around the world, prepared by the hotel's culinary team under the supervision of renowned chefs from the Diplomatic Chefs Project. Special Recipes.
