 Goat Labneh Quiche

Quiche dough

Ingredients


600g Flour

300g Butter

10g Salt

10g Sugar

200g Water

Method Of Preparation


Mix the flour with the water, salt and sugar first and then add the butter at room temperature.

Filling:

400g Fresh Cream 

2 pcs Eggs 

200g Goat Labneh 

100g Tomato peeled 

1 Bundle Chives

Salt and pepper 

 

Method Of Preparation


Mold the dough and let it rest for a while.

Add the peeled tomato in the bottom of the mold.

Mix the cream with the eggs, salt and pepper.

Add it do the dough.

Add the goat labneh to the whole mixture and bake in the oven for 15-20 min over 180 degree.

Once the quiche is done, shop some chives and sprinkle it on top.
