Salmon Salad


10 Radishes 

2 Green Apples 

200g Smoked Salmon 

Lemon Juice

1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar

4 tbsp. Sesame Oil

1 Bunch of Fresh Coriander


Method Of Preparation

Thinly Slice the radishes.

Cut the green apples into small cubes.

Mix the radishes  with apples and salmon.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing rice vinegar with sesame oil. 

Pour the seasoning over the salad and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Garnish with some coriander leaves before serving.
