Potato and Parsley Salad

   Ingredients


200g Potatoes, cooked

200g Avocado, diced

200g Tomatoes, diced

40g Pomegranate

20g Parsley, finely chopped  

10g Spring Onions  

1 tsp. Mustard

40g Olive oil

20g Lemon juice

1g White pepper

5g Salt
