10g Pine Nuts

1 Tomato, diced

1 tsp. Strained Yogurt

30g Grated mozzarella cheese

3g Finely chopped parsley

30g Olive Oil

3g Sumac

Pinch of Cumin

Pinch of white pepper

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Paprika
