Spicy Potatoes

Ingredients


500 g Potatoes, diced into small cubes

1 cup of Snipped Coriander

5 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 Green Pepper (hot), thinly diced 

1/2 tsp. Cayenne 

3 tbsp. of Vegetable Oil for frying the garlic and coriander

½ L of Vegetable Oil to fry the potato

Pinch of Salt

 

Method of Preparation


Fry the potatoes and leave aside to remove the extra oil, then place it in a bowl.

Fry the garlic, coriander, and green pepper, then pour them over the fried potatoes.

Sprinkle the cayenne, mix together then serve.
