1 ½ spoon of coarse salt
1 liter of water
1 spoon of apple cider vinegar
2 garlic gloves
Dash of sugar
500 grams of greengage
500 grams of green almonds
Sterilized glass jar(1Kg)
Method of Preparation
Add 1 liter of lukewarm water to the coarse salt and wait until the salt melts completely.
Drop a fresh egg in the water, if it floats, then the salt quantity is right.
Add the vinegar and sugar.
In a jar, put the almonds and greengage, in addition to the garlic cloves, using a fork.
Pour water and salt on top and close it firmly for 15 days.
When used, it should be preserved in the refrigerator.
