Sautéed Calamari Stew

Ingredients

¼ halloum cheese cut into cubes
1/8 onion cut finely
100 gr of calamari fresh
2 boiled half way potatoes cut into cubes with skin on
1 tomato cut into dice
20 gr of goat labneh mixed with a spoon of water
 ¼ bundles of coriander
 3 garlic, beaten
20 gr of sesame paste
Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of salt
Crushed pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
Garnish with a couple of Rocca leaves
 

Method Of Preparation
In a pan put a drizzle of olive oil, when hot add the calamari then the potato, let them become golden colored and crispy.
Add the halloum cheese, and Sauté.
Add half the quantity of the coriander, a bit of onions and 1 spoon if garlic.
Add half the quantity of the tomatoes, salt, pepper, crushed pepper.
Add the tahina to the laneh goat, mix then add them to the pan, leave it for a min then turn off the fire.
Serve the in a plate.
Garnish with Rocca leaves, the rest of the tomatoes, a bit of coriander and crushed pepper.
