Zucchini Flower with Scrambled Eggs



4 Eggs


50 gr of Slices of bacon cut finely


50 gr of Cherry tomato cut in half


 ½ Lemons


1 Bundle of basil


100 gr of Zucchini flowers cut


Drizzle of olive oil


1/8 Bundle of spinach


¼ Onions cut finely


1/8 Bundle of parsley


20 ml Milk


Pinch of White pepper


Pinch of Salt



Method of Preparation



In a pan put a drizzle of olive oil, then add the onions.


Chop the basil, add it to the pan then add the bacon, sauté them.


Then add the tomatoes.


Crush some pepper, lemon juice, a bit of spinach, parsley , zucchini flower, pinch of salt, milk, eggs, and mix.


Serve the egg and garnish with some basil leaves.
