1 cup of Orzo
1 cup of Green peas
1 cup of Zucchini, cut into small pieces
1 cup of Carrots, cut into small pieces
1 cup of Green beans, cut into small pieces
1 cup of Onions, cut into small pieces
1 cup of Tomatoes, cut into small pieces
1 ½ liters of Water
2 Vegetable broth cubes
Parsley for decoration
Method of Preparation
Fry the onions, gradually add the vegetables and stir-fry until the vegetables melt.
Then add the Orzo, tomatoes, water, broth and keep them on low heat till the vegetables and Orzo are cooked and the sauce is consolidated.
Add the parsley and serve hot.
