Mozzarella Croustillant

4 pieces of Fresh mozzarella 

4 Brick sheets 

60g Honey 

1 Tomato 

300g Zucchini

Method of preparation

Cut the brick sheets into rectangular shapes.

Put them to grill for 7 min on 180 degrees.

Slice the tomato.

Finely slice the zucchini and put them to grill.


Align the zucchini in a plate.

Add a slice of tomato on them.

Put the fresh mozzarella on it.

Top it with a crispy brick sheet and honey.
